彭博社22日报道，加拿大人工智能（AI）创业公司企业Cohere Inc. 的D轮融资以55亿美元估值募得5亿美元，成为全球最有价值AI企业之一，新金主包括思科（Cisco Systems Inc.）、超微（AMD）旗下创投AMD Ventures及加拿大出口发展局（EDC）。

知情人士透露，截至3月底Cohere年化营收为3,500万美元，远高于2023年底的1,300万美元。

Cohere年初约有250名员工，今年计划倍增人力。聚焦开发定制化企业用大型语言模型（LLM）的Cohere以OpenAI等竞争对手为假想敌，爱游戏app春天推出Command R+新模型，支持英语、西班牙语、华语等十种语言。Cohere共同创办人Nick Frosst表示，通用人工智能（AGI）并非Cohere的追求目标。

英国金融时报22日报道，Cohere发言人Josh Gartner表示，资金将开发新模型及扩张算力与人力。
